Payment is required when services/products are provided.  If, for any reason, you find that you cannot 
keep an appointment, please let us know immediately. 

To avoid a charge for late cancellation, please notify us at le  ast 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations 
are billed at the regular rate for half the time scheduled.
 
Missed appointments – those not canceled and not kept – are billed for the full time scheduled.
